Type S
It is a flat screen just like the type A screen, but each weft wire passes alternately above and below two warp wires.
This type of undulation is used when small openings are required, generally less than 70 µm, in combination with thicker wires than those usually used for that particular opening. Due to this type of undulation, the wire is less deformed during weaving, resulting in a stronger surface when compared to type A fabric.
